Terrorism has developed into a global menace. Towards this the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam which has no political philosophy at all but is using the Tamil issue in Sri Lanka as a convenient vehicle is determined to create a mafia international underworld network. Pakistan in the Third World and Canada in the developed world are countries to watch as the fast breeding grounds for terrorism.
