Armed with a 50 foot banner, placards and posters created by Sandeshaya-Canada, 50-60 group of brave Sri Lanka Youth of Canada along with Sri Lanka United National association (SLUNA) yesterday achieved something many Torontonians have been wishfully thinking, should be done. THEY PROTESTED THE PROTESTORS! Not only did they stood over the DVP catching the attention of all the evening rush hour traffic, but they also got the attention of the "fake" demonstrators at Queen's Park, who were bewildered to find a small Air Plane circling above their heads with a banner clearly giving a message to the Toronto citizens. PROTECT CANADA, STOP THE TAMIL TIGERS.
The plane only did a few circle before the Police head the pilot called off, mostly worried the angry Tamil mob would get out of hand, but by then it had done what it was supposed to do. The plane and the whole demonstration got enough public attention, as media couldn't afford to ignore it. While the LTTE controlled Tamil diaspora puppets conducted a drama on the lawns of Queens Park, our brave Sri Lankans were able to grab a perfect opportune moment to get a clear and strong message to the Canadians. Bravo, you young Lions! Hats off to a well planned actions taken, and winning the hearts of the Canadians as witnessed by some of the "chatter" on the cyber space below. -Sinhaya

"What should be of real concern is the 1,000 cadres of Tamil Tigers in the GTA and the violence we have yet to see here," he added.
The bridge demonstrators were members of the Sri Lankan Youth of Canada and the Sir Lankan United National Association. They said today's airplane message was paid for by private citizens, and neither the Sri Lankan government nor consulate in Toronto.
"We only hear one side of the story and it is the Tamil agenda," said Eranga De-Zoysa, a Ryerson architectural science student.
"They have ruined their motherland and now that Canada has offered them shelter they are ruining it here," added his mother Badra De-Zoysa.

THE REAL DRAMA
While the live drama acted out by the Tamil diaspora of Canada continue at Queen's Park, Downtown Toronto, we have found that these "acting" and "creating drama" also takes place in the Vanni as well. These are more situational comedies conducted by the Tamilnet the mouth piece of the LTTE in order to dupe the world and the international media. It actually works sometimes as gullible media giants like BBC even carry their images in their stories. GOSL continues to deny the allegations about shelling on civilians, and we found such a "staged" photo that Tamilnet first published, and later picked up by other international media.
Here's the original picture they published and below is the other. One cropped with what they want you to see, and the other with what really went on. This wasn't the first time that Tamilnet resorted to using manipulated photos, as we exposed their forgeries in a few of our earlier posts. What is amazing is that the so called legitimate media, with journalistic honour continue to pick these without any hesitation. Where is their unbiased reporting that they expact to deliver from the front line? Can anyone blame the GOSL for keeping them away and even kicked a few out of the island?

ReplyDeleteCounter protests are good as long as they do not cause any more chaos and difficulties to the public. Otherwise it will just be counter productive. Canadians are already sick of these tamil protestors and each additional day of their protest make them even more hated. So we Sri Lankan-Canadians do not need to hold counter protest, soon there will be native Canadains protesting the Tamil protestors. On the other hand, the Harper government won't listen to this bunch of tamil terrorists holding tiger flags.

You are absolutely right about counter protests, specially when Canadians are sick of seeing any kind right about now. However this was carefully arranged under the banner of Canada (couple of SL flags were later taken out) to better educate the public about the fake cries from a terror group controlled crowd. We felt that some voice was needed out there, because in the absence of truth or a point of view from the other side, some could end up believing the lies spewing out of the Tiger mouths... But most of our work has been behind the scene with less inconvenience to the public.

SLA shells hospital again, several killed including doctor, ICRC worker
[TamilNet, Wednesday, 13 May 2009, 10:07 GMT] Sri Lanka Army (SLA) fired artillery shells hit the makeshift hospital in Mu'l'li-vaaykkaal East, killing at least 38 patients who were waiting for treatment at the hospital, a medical staff told TamilNet. "There are many more killed inside the hospital premises, but I can only confirm that 38 casualties that I have witnessed near the main theatre upto 2:53 p.m.," the medical staff told TamilNet. Many shells have hit the makeshift hospital premises across the road.
“Meanwhile, a patient who reached an administrative office put the casualty figures at 100 and said he had witnessed that an ICRC worker was killed. Meanwhile, LTTE's Director of Peace Secretarait S. Puleedevan when contacted by TamilNet said 39 female patients at a counselling aid center for mentally ill women were massacred by targeted SLA shelling in the morning. More than 40 patients were feared wounded, he said.
Most of the medical staff and patients are staying inside the bunkers, unable to save lives, the medical staff at the hospital told TamilNet. The roads are congested with vehicles and it is not possible for journalistic sources to witness and verify all the details on time.
The hospital has been hit for the third time in one week.
Our reporters Mohan Gunaratnam and Roshanti Arasakularatne have observed as follows:
Contrary to the illusion created, the Tamilnet lets the cat out of the bag when it admits that there are journalistic sources in the no fire zone and they were hampered by vehicular congestion to get to the hospital premises. It also said that this is the third attack on the hospital for a week.
The question here is as to why the Sri Lankan Armed Forces should attack in this manner when they are so well-placed and in such a position that there is no escape possible whether by land, seas of air for the Tiger remnants completely at the mercy of the Forces.
Secondly, yielding to the stupid contention that there was a heavy attack by the Forces, why should it be aimed at the hospital and that too for three times in seven days?
Who is this medical staff complainant and what has happened to Messrs Shanmugarajah and Varadarajah of NFA Inc? What is this makeshift hospital? Did the LTTE takeover the original hospital to be their operating centre and now have a makeshift place for such an operation?
It is quite apparent the LTTE machine that functions from an overseas point under the direct command of the international criminal Selvarajah Pathmanathan alias KP, is convinced that most people can be made to believe something that is repeated consistently and very few people have the time, patience and skill to analyze within the proper perspective or scenario.
For instance, a person like Mr Anandasangary who has made a habit of writing letters to all and sundry every time somebody sneezed and claims to know the Wanni very well which we grant, shows that he is far from being capable enough to judge military action, the current state of the LTTE and the end result that is important for all Sri Lankans.
One cannot understand why he is so fond of “Thamby Prabhakaran” who would rather have him killed. Or may be the Tiger command would rather allow him to indulge in his tame and conciliatory letter writing. When the Tamils need a dynamic and strong leader, Anandasangary presents a stature of a weakling.
As for some countries in the west, Sri Lanka remaining destabilized is important and who better than the LTTE. But they are so visionless that over the years they have allowed this keeping terror to take roots in their countries without understanding the growing menace of the Tiger Underworld. The Sicilian mafia is Lilliputian compared to these Brobdignagians.
We have our suspicion apart from the efforts that are being made to get Prabhakaran, Pottu Amman and Soosai to some safe place somewhere in the world.
Along with them are certain people who are sweating like hell in an inferno worried that there is no ceasefire their identity will expose some international organizations and some countries too. These are the people who came to Sri Lankan as volunteers to help the farm people of the Wanni but in reality experts in communications, constructions, military hardware and other areas of expertise the LTTE has employed during the last few years.
There is all around the Wanni shocking revelations of such expertise having been employed and in particular the half-completed undersea tunnel.
Tiger propaganda worldwide with its immense resources available has been using what Michael Roberts has termed as auditory hallucination. Repeated claims and how the world has got used to the atrocities of American Forces behaved in Vietnam and now in Iraq and Afghanistan and also how indiscipline the Sri Forces have been especially under President Junius Jayawardene – remember how Rajiv Gandhi was attacked under the eyes of Jayawardene in a Parade of Honour.
Today, the Sri Lankan Armed Forces are serving the country with utter discipline and surgical efficiency. There is no need for them to bomb a hospital especially when the world is watching their operations very closely.
The Tigers leaders know what really is going to happen and this is the final scene of the treachery top which they have subjected the Tamil community in particular, the Sri Lankans in general and the world at large too. They will be finished in Sri Lanka. The west is welcome to them if that is what some of their leaders want.
Catapult Thangavelu concluded: “We need not worry about these reports from the Tigers in the no fire zone anymore- They have written their last will but without any stamp of credibility as they have for the last quarter of a century.”

Shelling story is definitely false. What does SL government gain from shelling? If the government did not care about these people it can finish this war in hours. They do not do it because of the people. LTTE on the other hand will kill people to its advantage and that is what they do all the time.
